17 Fun Online School Experiences to Help Make You Laugh
Life always finds a way whatever the situation may be. While online learning or online schools in Bahrain may not be comfortable to all, it has the pros and cons of its own. For instance, if you have your memories from physical classroom education, while reading this they will be visualized in front of you. This is a list of activities students or teachers can or cannot do in an online setting. It is sure to make you giggle and laugh a little. Without further ado, let’s start.
1) Students cannot pass comments
about teachers because the conversation will be heard by all during the live
online class.
2) Teachers cannot beat students
or throw chalk, duster or any object during a live online class.
3) Students cannot talk with
their friends during the live online class because their conversation will be
heard by all.
4) Students cannot even sleep or
eat from their lunch boxes at the back benches during a live online class
because they are in the camera view all the time.
5) Teacher does not have to talk
loudly in order for students to hear them during an online class whereas in a
physical classroom, a teacher needs to talk loudly for the backbenchers to
hear.
6) Students cannot share their homeworks written in their physical notebooks
during a live online class. They have the option to click photos and send but
they cannot just pass on their assignments and homework to someone else in the
class physically.
7) You will hardly hear students
giving reasons for not bringing something to the live online class like “I
forgot to bring my homework notebook” or “I forgot to bring my textbook” or
even “I forgot to bring my scientific calculator”. This eased up packing
according to the timetable of all the notebooks every single day for the
students. No backpacking and no need to carry huge bags to school everyday.
8) No teacher will scold students
for not putting cover and label with roll number on their textbooks or
notebooks during an online class.
9) A teacher does not get to
borrow a student’s textbook for teaching during the online class if they have
forgotten to bring theirs because they will be at school or their home where
they have access to their textbook.
10) Students are unlikely to get
any “off period” when a teacher is meeting some other teaching goals in online
learning. These off periods used to be utilized for art and craft activities,
games among students and team building activities like quiz contests and more.
11) Students and teachers are lonely during their break times. This means,
students cannot play games in an online classroom during their recess and get
less chances of socializing.
12) Bullying in the school is completely eliminated with online live classes.
However, the tone and words of teachers or students during an online class
conversation are recorded and may impact their performance as a teacher or a
student.
13) Online yoga teachers cannot
correct their students’ postures. This is encouraging the yoga teachers to
brush up their communication skills more than ever before.
14) Teachers who are particular
about their student’s personal hygiene like groomed nails, perfect hair, washed
and ironed school uniforms and polished shoes cannot crib during a live online
class because they have fear that someone will record the incident and upload
it on social media.
15) No other teachers can
trespass into an online live class just to comment “This class sounds like a fish
market” because of making too much noise
that is disturbing other classes and students.
16) When a student is not feeling
well in a physical classroom, the teacher calls their parents to pick them up,
advise them to take rest and this used to be the best escape from homework for
students. But in a virtual classroom, students can still attend the class from
the comfort of their own home while taking rest.
17) Students do not get the
opportunity to bunk classes and sit in the library or cafeteria instead of
attending the live class. In online classes, students’ parents or students are
called up immediately by the teachers asking them to join the class without
being late.

all. If you have any more such memories or what you can do or cannot do during
